Little Miss B's Cupcake Party

Don't forget to sign up at Plum District and refer two friends to earn a free $10 gift card to California Pizza Kitchen!

Last weekend we celebrated my littlest 1st birthday.

I'm still trying to figure out where the last year went.

{It was a very pink and green party}

I attempted the giant cupcake pan for the first time...let's just say I need some practice...

{cake stand is a thrift store makeover}

I couldn't find any cupcake party blowers, so I gave a $1 store pack of them a makeover.

{I'll post more about those tomorrow}

Found some pink and green flowers on sale in Hobby Lobby's outdoor party section and couldn't resist!

Frilled up her high chair with some pink crepe paper {and lots of tape!}

The lanterns are from Dollar Tree and are hung on ribbon from Hobby Lobby.

The {CUTE} birthday banner was made by my wonderful sister, who owns Berry Patch Lane.
Rumor has it, you can contact her if you want your very own custom birthday banner made.

The party favor bags can also be found at Hobby Lobby and were displayed in a bucket from Target's Dollar Spot section. I don't think they carry them anymore!

Cupcakes were displayed on my trusty 3 tier stand from Target
{we bought it 5 years ago for our wedding}

{plates, cups and napkins = Walmart}

Polka Dot cupcake cups are at Michael's right now for $1.99 a pack.
They come in packs of blue and green or pink and purple. I couldn't resist {seems to be a reoccurring issue} and bought a mini pack of blue and green and the regular size in purple and pink so I could have both pink and green.

The cupcake toppers were made by yours truly with the assistant of my good friend's cricut.

I always wish I had taken more pictures!

Table Runner: 1/4 yard of pink with white polka dot fabric from Hobby Lobby.
Balloons: Walmart

{I big fat love Hobby Lobby!}

I love that pink and green together. Such beautiful colors! I think I will have to try a cupcake themed party too. Cupcakes everywhere seems like a great party idea!

I'd love it if you would like this project on our new Party themed blog link party here: http://kimskandykreations.blogspot.com/2011/02/shindig-saturday-party-blog-hop.html
