Funfetti Cake Cookies

Do you have a cake mix, 1/3 cup of oil, and a couple eggs?
You're all set to make some cookies!
Well, plus you need a bowl, spoon, cookie sheet, oven and some oven mits would be helpful too :)

Heat oven to 375°F.

In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
With bottom of glass dipped in flour, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.

Bake at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
Eat and enjoy a little piece of Heaven!

This basic recipe works with any cake mix.
My favorite is a yellow cake mix with chocolate chips mixed in.
We had a funfetti cake mix in the pantry, so that's what I used and my hubby loves them.

The original "funfetti cake cookie" recipe called for funfetti frosting on top, I thought it was sweet enough without the frosting so I skipped the frosting. Yum!

What's your favorite Cake Cookie Concoction?
