{No Sew Party Hat Template}

Every little tike deserves a rockin' party hat on their big day.

{Making one for their big day is super easy}

1 piece of scrapbook paper

+ this template

+ a little hot glue

+embellishments

+ 5-10 minutes

I attached mine to headband, anticipating that my little miss would keep it on longer than if it was attached to an elastic band around her neck.

A couple small hole punches and a little elastic thread would work just as well for the little guys.

Yes, that "smash cake" is bigger than her.
